Obiettivi formativi | L’insegnamento, attraverso lezioni frontali e seminari tematici, fornisce: conoscenze di base nel campo della tecnica e della pianificazione urbanistica, conoscenze specifiche su metodi, tecniche e strumenti per il governo delle trasformazioni urbane e territoriali, approfondimenti su argomenti emergenti nel dibattito urbanistico. |
Prerequisiti | Non è prevista alcuna propedeuticità. |
Metodologie didattiche | I contenuti del presente insegnamento saranno forniti attraverso: lezioni frontali, seminari di approfondimento su argomenti emergenti nel dibattito disciplinare affidati a docenti di altre università o professionisti di consolidata esperienza, attività laboratoriali finalizzate alla redazione di un elaborato d'anno che includono periodiche presentazioni ed esposizioni in aula degli stati di avanzamento del lavoro da parte dei differenti gruppi di studenti. |
Metodi di valutazione | La verifica finale sarà effettuata tramite un colloquio orale individuale. Il colloquio riguarderà sia i contenuti delle lezioni teoriche che gli elaborati prodotti dagli studenti durante il corso. |
Altre informazioni | Il docente provvederà a fornire agli studenti le slides utilizzate durante le lezioni e ulteriori materiali di supporto utili a facilitare lo studio individuale. |

Course objectives | Teaching activities, through lectures and thematic seminars, provides: basic knowledge in the field of land use planning at different scales, specific knowledge on methods, techniques and tools for guiding urban and territorial transformations, in-depth analysis of emerging topics in the urban planning debate. |
Prerequisites | Prerequisites are not foreseen. |
Teaching methods | The course will provide its contents through: lectures, seminars on emerging issues in the planning debate entrusted to professors of other universities or professionals with a consolidated experience in the field, and laboratory activities that include periodic presentations and exhibitions in classroom of work progress by different groups of students. |
Evaluation methods | The final examination will be carried out through an individual oral interview. The interview will cover both the contents of the theoretical lessons and the works carried out by the students during the course. |
Other information | The teacher will provide students with the slides used during the lessons and additional supporting materials to facilitate individual study. |
