    Contenuti

    L’apprendimento delle tecniche avanzate muoverà dal rilievo e analisi di un semplice oggetto d’uso. La rivisitazione dei criteri descrittivi :
    - guiderà la modellazione 3D del caso-studio con l’ausilio di softwareinformatici;
    - orienterà la contestualizzare dell’oggetto all’interno di uno spazio immersivo ricostruito mediante tecniche image-based.

    Obiettivi formativi

    Al termine del percorso formativo lo studente dovrà:
    saper analizzare la forma di un prodotto d’uso;
    saper discretizzare e dimensionare la geometria delle parti che compone la sua struttura formale;
    saper modellare e visualizzare la forma 3d a partire dai fondamenti
    scientifici della rappresentazione;
    saper gestire, in virtù di una legge parametrica, le modifica dell’aspetto
    esteriore;
    saper rilevare con tecniche celeri (image based) contesti in cui inserire il prodotto modellato.

    Prerequisiti

    Conoscenze e abilità garantite nel settore con il rilascio del titolo di laurea triennale nelle classi del Disegno industriale.

    Metodologie didattiche

    Il corso è inteso come laboratorio. Agli studenti sarà richiesto fin dai primi incontri, di lavorare operativamente in aula. Il tema d’anno sarà un emblematico caso-studio, per trarre dalla esperienza operativa concetti teorici e metodologici. Conoscenze e abilità dovranno essere approfondite con studio e applicazioni individuali.le esercitaioni guidate sosterranno il raggiungimento degli obiettivi.

    Metodi di valutazione

    ll regolare monitoraggio dei lavori in corso degli studenti fornirà indicazioni su eventuali necessità di misure correttive e ulteriore supporto nella preparazione della discussione sul tema dell'anno.
    Tre prove intercorso accerteranno il raggiungimento degli obiettivi minimi.
    Ogni prova consiste:
    a) consegna degli elaborati concordati;
    b) presentazione al PC in cui ogni studente mostrerà il metodo che ha seguito per raggiungere gli obiettivi prefissati;
    c) agli studenti verranno poste due domande a cui rispondere per viaorale.
    Si attribuirà un voto in trentesimi il cui peso sarà pari a 1/4 della valutazione finale totale.
    Durante il colloquio finale (esame) ciascun studente sarà invitato a presentare il lavoro d’anno attraverso il quale esporre la propria esperinza formativa in relazione ai contenuti e trattati e agli obiettivi premessi.

    Course objectives

    At the end of the course students will be able to:
    - analyze the form of an object;
    - discretize and dimension the geometry of the parts which constitutetheir formal structure;
    - model and visualize a 3D shape starting from the scientificfundamentals of representation;
    - modify/ manipulate according to parametric laws the external shape;- survey, with the aid of rapid techniques, of contexts in which the modeled object can be inserted.

    Skills and competences acquired at bachelor degree level.

    Teaching methods

    Seminars held by Visiting professors and Visiting scientist have been planned and tutorials have been scheduled. All other required support will be offered on demand by the professor during office hours.

    Evaluation methods

    Regular monitoring of students’ work in progress will provide indication of any need for remedial measures and further support in the preparation of the discussion on the theme of the year.
    There will be 3 course tests to ascertain the achievement following objectives:
    Each test consists in:
    a) delivery of the agreed documents;
    b) A power point presentation: each student will present the method heor she has followed to meet the fixed minimum objectives.
    c) students will be asked two l questions to be answered orally. The student will be given a mark out of 30 which will be one third of the total final assessment.
    During the final examination students will have to demonstrate their knowledge and critical understanding of theories and methods and the ability to present their work coherently.
