Contents | The course offers a wide and detailed overview of those areas of public law that most interest the student in architecture, such as the Constitutional rights and duties, the characteristics of the administrative procedures, the matter of urban planning and construction, the environmental law principles. In particular, the first part of the course concerns the international, european and italian discipline of fundamental rights protection. The second part of the course intends to illustrate and analyse the main issues about administrative and urban procedure, as well as about environmental protection discipline. |

Course objectives | The course aims to provide the student the basic knowledge of public law, focusing on fundamental rights and on the rules and limits faced by public authorities in the exercise of public powers. |
