Attraverso lo studio di casi studio di riferimento, incontri seminariali e conferenze con designer, aziende e centri creativi e di innovazione design oriented dovrà comprendere e padroneggiare le dinamiche di sviluppo e consolidamento delle fabbriche creative e delle geografie (tangibili ed intangibili) di riferimento. In relazione a tale scenario, obiettivi fondamentali del corso sono:

- Acquisire le metodiche ed i processi dell’interaction design;
- elaborare il concetto di industria design oriented in tutte le sue dimensioni strategiche, culturali e produttive;
- saper rappresentare gli scenari contemporanei in cui prende forma il concetto di industria creativa con particolare riferimento alle industrie design oriented;
-saper elaborare il concetto di ecosistema creativo come valore competitivo e distintivo di un territorio;
    -saper applicare le conoscenze acquisite alla configurazione di scenari avanzati di progetto;
    -saper verificare gli esiti progettuali in base ai processi di interaction design;
    -saper comunicare efficacemente, con l’ausilio di strumenti avanzati di rappresentazione, I propri esiti progettuali;
    -raggiungere capacità di apprendimento ed aggiornamento autonome.

    Prerequisiti

    Lo studente dovrà avere conoscenze relative alle teorie e metodi della progettazione di design e agli scenari evolutivi della cultura del progetto contemporaneo.

    Metodologie didattiche

    Il corso prevede:
    Lezioni frontali (50 h);
    Lezioni laboratoriali ed esercitazioni (15 h);
    Visite in azienda;
    Workshop progettuale finale.
    La fase progettuale sarà condotta con la collaborazione di aziende, istituzioni ed esperti del settore, per accrescere l'esperienza dello studente scientificamente e didatticamente.

    Metodi di valutazione

    Il corso prevede due verifiche di apprendimento; la prima relativa al raggiungimento degli obiettivi formativi relativi ai contenuti di base del corso; la seconda concernente l'acquisizione di un repertorio di casi studio sui temi del design thinking e la verifica delle relative competenze progettuali. Per la prima verifica (orale) saranno presi in considerazione l’acquisizione delle conoscenze di base e delle metodologie di riferimento, per la seconda la capacità di applicare al progetto le conoscenze acquisite e la capacità critica ed espositiva. Il superamento finale dell’esame si otterrà con un voto minimo di 18/30; il voto scaturirà dalla media delle valutazioni ottenute.

    Altre informazioni

    I metodi di valutazione saranno relativi alla valutazione della capacità, da parte dello studente, di applicare metodi progettuali innovativi alla progettazione di un caso studio, con la collaborazione di aziende, istituzioni ed esperti esterni.

    Programma del corso

    Il modulo di insegnamento di Interaction Design, inserito nel Laboratorio di Design Thinking, si riferisce alle esperienze di progetto che superano la visione di sola interazione uomo-macchina, per estenderla in generale al rapporto con la tecnologia.
    Il modulo è così articolato:
    I Parte (15 h)
    -Evoluzione del concetto di interaction design;
    -L’esperienza dell’utente;
    -Interaction design e User Experience.
    II Parte (15 h)
    -Casi studio di interaction design;
    -Aspetti cognitive dell’interaction design;
    -Il processo di interaction design.
    III Parte (20 h)
    Workshop progettuale finale.
