Contenuti | Nell’ambito dell’insegnamento vengono presentati i concetti di base di economia dell’innovazione e sperimentata – attraverso case study, role playing e un project work finale - l’applicazione degli strumenti utili per la formulazione di una strategia innovation-based. |

Obiettivi formativi | L’insegnamento si pone l’obiettivo di consentire agli studenti di: |
Prerequisiti | Sono richieste agli studenti competenze di base di analisi strategica (analisi di mercato, analisi competitiva, fonti del vantaggio competitivo), di marketing (segmentazione, posizionamento, sviluppo di nuovi prodotti) e di organizzazione aziendale (coordinamento organizzativo, gestione dei team). |
Metodologie didattiche | L’insegnamento, attraverso l’analisi dei principali modelli della letteratura e la discussione di casi reali, integra l’approccio teorico con le esperienze di impresa per delineare un percorso d’apprendimento finalizzato all’azione imprenditoriale e manageriale. I partecipanti saranno guidati nell’applicazione delle conoscenze teoriche a casi e situazioni aziendali. La didattica si basa sulla seguente articolazione: |
Metodi di valutazione | La prova finale per gli studenti che hanno seguito le lezioni consiste nella presentazione e discussione di un project work, realizzato in gruppo (che contribuisce al 50% del voto finale), nonché in una prova scritta individuale basata su una case history consegnata anticipatamente e coerente con i temi affrontati durante il corso (50% del voto finale). |

Contents | Concepts and models and tools for managing innovation process will be presented and discussed during the course. Application of useful tools for the formulation of an innovation-based strategy will be tested through case studies, guided role playing and a final project work. The course focuses on interactive teaching methods, aimed at fostering the acquisition of new knowledge, the ability to understand the strategic processes associated with the development of innovation, the ability to apply this knowledge to real cases or to the implementation of projects for the development of new products, the ability to critically analyze the innovation strategies of a company and the autonomy of judgment in assessing the strategic moves of organizations engaged in innovative processes. |

Course objectives | The aim of the course is to allow students: |
Prerequisites | Students are required to have basic skills in strategic analysis (market analysis, competitive analysis, sources of competitive advantage), marketing (segmentation, positioning, development of new products) and business organisation (organisational coordination, team management). |
Teaching methods | The course, through the analysis of the main models of literature and the discussion of real cases, will integrate the theoretical approach with business experiences to outline a learning path aimed at entrepreneurial and managerial action. Participants will be guided in the application of the theoretical knowledge to business cases and situations. The course will be structured as follows: |
Evaluation methods | The final test for the attending students will consist in the presentation and discussion of a project work, carried out in a group (which contributes to 50% of the final mark), as well as an individual written test based on a case history delivered in advance and consistent with the topics covered during the course (50% of the final mark). |
