Contenuti | (a) L’insegnamento intende fornire agli studenti conoscenze, metodi e strumenti di marketing utili per gestire i processi di innovazione strategica nelle organizzazioni e lo sviluppo di nuovi prodotti e servizi, posizionandoli rispetto ai concorrenti ed ai bisogni dei clienti, nonché valutandone le potenzialità di mercato (nazionale e internazionale), nel rispetto dei temi della sostenibilità ambientale e sociale. |

Metodologie didattiche | modelli teorici di riferimento e gli strumenti illustrati durante le lezioni frontali, espongono le analisi effettuate e le soluzioni proposte. |
Metodi di valutazione | La prova finale di esame per gli studenti che hanno seguito le lezioni consiste nella valutazione di un project work definito dal docente e consegnato a conclusione delle lezioni (valutazione che è espressa in trentesimi e rappresenta il 50% del voto finale) e in una prova scritta - con domande aperte e a risposta multipla - sulle teorie, i modelli e gli strumenti oggetto del programma (valutazione che è espressa in trentesimi e rappresenta il 50% del voto finale). |

Contents | (a) This course will provide students with the marketing frameworks, tools and techniques useful to be effective in the strategic management of innovation, and for the launch and development of new products and services, to positioning them in the market and competitive environment, to evaluating their (national and international) market potential, also by respecting environmental and social sustainability. |

Teaching methods | - Ex-cathedra lessons: lectures and seminars that emphasize interactive learning (i.e. students are encouraged to actively take part to the discussion during classes). |
Evaluation methods | For attending students final examinations consists in a project work (50% of the final mark) plus a written test (multiple-choices and open questions) about theories, models and tools explained during classes (remaining 50% of the final mark). |
